You qualify for Free Delivery when your order total is ₦25,000 or more. This offer applies specifically to the Self Pick-up option at any of our 280+ partner stations nationwide.
2. Where is my nearest Pick-up Station?
Our delivery partner is Jumia, click here to check the nearest pick up station around you. Our team will always reach out to confirm the nearest Jumia pick up to your address before sending your parcel for shipment.
3. Does the Free Delivery offer apply to Doorstep Delivery?
No. Our Free Delivery offer is exclusive to Self Pick-up stations for orders over ₦25k. Doorstep delivery is a premium service, and the fee is calculated at checkout based on your exact location.
4. How long does delivery take?
Once the parcel is assigned for shipment, delivery typically takes:
Self Pick up
Within Lagos: 2 to 3 days.
Outside Lagos: 5 to 7 days.
